Mat Moore, founder and president of WIN Real Estate Services, Inc., has been involved in Southern California real estate as a broker, agent and property manager for more than 20 years.
Raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles, Mat is a third-generation real estate professional. His family has been in the real estate industry as agents, brokers and land developers. Today, Mat is one of several family members active in the industry.
As president, Mat guides all aspects of the company’s activities including real estate brokerage services, trust and estate management, and property management.
Previously, Mat served for seven years as an associate-broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. He served for three years as an agent with Prudential California Real Estate.
Mat served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. He is a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate, Broker Lic#01213967.
Mat is a member of Torrance Memorial Medical Center’s Professional Advisory Council. He is a public speaker to numerous professional and community groups on matters related to real estate ownership, investing and property management.
Fibi Worku, partner at WIN Real Estate Services, Inc. has 15 years experience with organizations focused on community development, project management, and has headed a woman-owned small business.
As operations manager, Fibi is responsible for the day-to-day management of WIN’s real estate sales and property management divisions.
Prior to joining WIN, Fibi was employed by the United Nations, CARE International, and Doctors Without Borders where she secured program funding and partnered with local organizations on community development projects.
